Wawayanda State Park
Wawayanda is a state park in a rural corner of New Jersey known as the highlands. The park encompasses more than 35,500 acres of forest, lakes, hiking trails and spectacular wildlife.

Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Hours: 10:00AM - 6:30PM
Note: During peak summer season, the park may reach capacity and close before 10AM. It is highly recommended that visitors access the park using the the main entrance on Warwick Turnpike.
Directions from the Auxiliary entrance to the main entrance:
- Exit the back entrance
- Turn right on to Barry Drive North
- Continue straight onto Barrett Road
- Right onto Route 94 (Welcome to Warwick, NY
- Right onto Warwick Turnpike (Penning's Farm on right / Sign: Upper Greenwood Lake 6 ⇨)
- Continue Straight. Wawayanda State Park main entrance will be on your right
